Our Honorary Volunteers

Di Drew
It's easy to give Diane Drew (Di) the thanks she has more than earned
over many snowmobile seasons. Unmatched in her efforts, her volunteering  is
more like a full time job. Secretary of the club, mail person, warming hut
coordinator, food supplier, maps, lunch for the workers on and on. No one
deserves thanks more than Di Drew. So many plusses not 1 minus.
A 100% genuine and dedicated  person! THANKS DI.

   FELIX HORANZY

Felix is an experimental welder involved in the aero space industry. He
is one of the most senior members of the Diamond Pond  family here
since1966.Felix has always been among the first to give his time, his
valuable "Jack" of all trades talents to this club. THANK YOU FELIX!

Bill Richards is at the very top of the Swift Diamond Riders most
valuable volunteers. A member of the club since day one. Bill has been a
past president and is not just a jack of all trades but a PRO at all he
does. He has done so much over the years, almost every thing about the
club has a part of Bill attached to it. The club has been made so much
the better for Bill's hundreds and hundreds of valuable hours and
talents. THANKS BILL!

Extraordinary is a word that best describes our profile of Bob
Anderson. Bob is a life time professional snowmobile V.I.P. (Very
important person). How is one a professional  snowmobile V.I.P?. By
spending his adult working life with Skidoo (Bombardier). Our club has
been  privileged to have his snowmobile experience and talents to help
start and co-ordinate the very popular Sno-Deo.
Bob is highly skilled in all he has built, coordinated, arranged and
done for this club. But most impressive in his years as president of this
club, Bob knew more than any one ,the ingredient that is so important to
keep a volunteer wanting to volunteer. Bobs smile, a warming hut cup of
coffee, a hand shake and a sincere thank you is what did it for so
many. It's the Swift Diamond Riders turn now Bob. You are extraordinary in all you have done. THANK YOU

Bob Dumont is one of the Swift Diamond Riders most active
volunteers. Last year and again this year. Bob makes us very thankful he
has chosen this club as a recipient of his many talents and cheerful personality.

Bob volunteered many hours of grooming last year and plans to do the same again this year. He has done everything from working on trails, maintenance of equipment,

carpentry and painting at the new Warming Hut.

Every one recognizes Bob’s volunteer efforts as exceptional without any doubt.

So Bob, for all you do and as fine a person as you are THANK YOU.

For our trail administrator Lloyd Drew extra words are
necessary---One of the reasons our on trail neighbor THE BALSAMS grand
resort is a five star world renowned hotel is the fabulous food and the
brilliant Chef that knows exactly what it takes to make it taste so
good. Lloyd is certainly the chef of the Swift Diamond Riders snowmobile
club! His vision, business understanding, energy and guidance and the endless hours he puts into the club weekly have done so much to go from a single wide snowmobile trail, crossing streams on  wooden pallets, to the best in trails, bridges, signs, events, storage
garage and club house.
We must step up a notch to find the right word for all Lloyd has
done. When one is the best in so much he does the word has to be
RESPECT. The best of Chefs needs to break a few eggs now and then to
create a fantastic tasting omelet. That is what Lloyd has done for
snowmobiling here in northern  New Hampshire . Few will disagree- for
snowmobile enthusiasts here; Lloyd is "THE MAN". And by the way Lloyd our
most sincere-THANK YOU
